• 3 March - Abstract review process & placement in draft program begins

• 17 March - Symposium EOIs close

• 8-9 April - Abstract notifications sent

• 8-9 April - Symposium notifications sent

• 14 April - Earlybird registrations close

• 2 June - All presenters to upload final presentations, no changes after this date

• 2 June - Conference App login details and Delegate Information emailed to all* delegates
  (*any delegate with outstanding monies at this time will not receive these details until payment is confirmed as received)

• 10 June - Conference starts: CDIC 2025 - Tuesday 10 to Thursday 12 June 2025
